Peppery magazine was born in 2012 during the minor Independent Fashion Magazine Minor at AMFI. Groups of 5 to 6 students create a concept magazine that ends up in front of a certified magazine jury. The judges were professionals from Vogue, Code Magazine and other graphic designers and journalists. They chose the concept with the most potential, that concept was re-created by the entire class and sold worldwide.
Our team created a concept magazine called Peppery: heavily seasoned. A fashion magazine that takes a closer look at pop fashion culture and adds some spice to the mix. As editor-in-chief, I guided the team to get the best result in terms of our vision. My main focus was to get the fashion direction on point in terms of the visual and textual translation.
